Terms of Service

Ekathi is a discovery directory. We index products that businesses list publicly on Instagram and other public channels, and we display content from shops that connect their own accounts. We do not sell products, hold inventory, or process payments — any purchase happens directly between you and the seller on their own channel.

Product details such as titles, prices, and availability are extracted automatically (including by AI) from public posts and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always confirm details, price, and availability with the seller before purchasing. Ekathi is not responsible for the seller's products, claims, or transactions.

• By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize Ekathi to fetch and display your account's content within the directory.
• You represent that you have the rights to the content you publish and connect.
• You can disconnect your account at any time, which stops further access to your data.
• You can request removal of your shop or specific listings at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or another person's or business's affiliation.

Product images and content belong to their respective owners (the sellers). The Ekathi name, design, and software are owned by Ekathi. We display indexed content to help users discover and reach sellers, and we remove content on valid request.

Ekathi links out to Instagram and seller channels. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekathi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from any transaction with a seller.

We may update these terms or the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
